Processing Time

- Large or heavy items (robotic mowers, multi-unit orders) ship via LTL Freight with a scheduled curbside delivery appointment

Damaged Items:

All orders are protected by an authorized manufacturer's warranty and shipping insurance. We will repair or replace any item damaged during shipment or found to be faulty upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

- Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).

- Must be unused, never assembled, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
