Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This means we've received your order and pre-authorized your payment method. Once we've verified your order details, we will process payment and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within five (5) business days. You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours of your order leaving our fulfillment center. If you do not receive tracking within six (6) business days, please reach out to us at support@chorebotic.com.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the contiguous United States. Some products are also available in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada — if checkout permits your shipping address, your order is eligible.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery typically takes 5–15 business days from the date of order, depending on product and destination. We do everything we can to get orders out as quickly as possible.

If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@chorebotic.com or (202) 800-0502 before filing a dispute with your bank — we're happy to resolve any issue directly.

Shipping Options

  • Curbside Delivery — included free on most products. The carrier delivers to the curb at your address.
  • Threshold Delivery — the item is brought onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area (available on select products for an upgrade fee).

Address Changes

If your order has already been processed and you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but please note that any additional fees charged by the carrier for address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Lost Items

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or items are missing from your shipment:

  1. Check your delivery area thoroughly (porch, garage, neighbors)
  2. Contact your carrier with the tracking number
  3. Email us at support@chorebotic.com within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can help investigate and file a claim if needed

Damaged Items

Inspect your package upon delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and email us at support@chorebotic.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
