At ChoreBotic, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right. Please review the policy below, and reach out anytime with questions:

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

You can cancel your order any time before it ships, free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can process the cancellation before your order leaves the warehouse.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, as these units are built specifically for your order. If you are unsure whether a product is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before purchasing. All sales are final on custom-made products, though your manufacturer warranty still applies.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please note that brand-specific return policies listed on the product page take precedence over this general 30-day window.

Before returning any product, please contact our support team to receive:

  1. A return authorization number
  2. The correct return shipping address for your specific product
  3. Return instructions and any special handling requirements

Important: Please do not ship returns without contacting us first — doing so may delay or prevent your refund.

Return Costs

  • Defective or damaged on arrival: No cost to you. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
  • Exchanges: We will help cover some of the costs depending on the product.
  • Outright returns (changed mind): A 15% restocking fee applies, plus return shipping costs. The 15% fee is waived if you exchange for another product of equal or greater value.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you the correct return address and authorization
  4. Ship the product using a trackable shipping method

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@chorebotic.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty Issues

All products carry a full manufacturer warranty. If your product develops a defect after delivery, contact us and we will help you process a warranty claim with the brand.
