Most orders ship within 1–6 business days. Orders ship directly from the manufacturer or from one of our supplier partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages. If there's a delay, we'll contact you right away.
Transit time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Shipping cost
Most orders of $50 or more ship free by standard ground. Some items, such as Xpece drone products, ship at UPS rates. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Large items
Robotic mowers and other large items may ship by freight with curbside delivery.
Assembly
Most robotic products need some setup. Contact us if you'd like details on a specific product before ordering.
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible at support@chorebotic.com or (202) 800-0502.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Contact us first for a return authorization and the correct return address. Changed-mind returns must be unused, in new condition, with all parts and the original packaging.
Return costs
- Defective or damaged on arrival: no cost to you. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
- Changed your mind: a 15% restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping. The fee is waived if you exchange for a product of equal or greater value.
Damaged in transit
Email photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
